Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays. During peak periods (sales, launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. We use Standard Shipping with a delivery time of 2–8 business days.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location (especially regional areas).

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, weather events and peak periods (e.g. holidays, sales)

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If your order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel is lost or marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days. We will assist in lodging an investigation with the carrier

We will work with you to resolve the issue, but we are not liable for parcels confirmed as delivered by the shipping provider.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged contact us within 7 days with photos. We will organise a replacement or refund.

We currently do not ship internationally.
